प्रतिष्ठित समूह TATA Group की एक कंपनी 18 साल बाद IPO लाने की एक और फर्म योजना बना रही है।वर्ष 2004 में TATA consultancy Services के IPO के बाद, अब TATA Motors की global product इंजीनियरिंग और डिजिटल service provider TATA Technology की IPO की बारी है। यह tata Group के चेयरमैन एन चंद्रशेखरन के कार्यकाल में आने वाला पहला IPO होगा। इन्होने 2017 में TATA group की कमान संभाली थी। रिपोर्ट्स के मुताबिक, Company ने IPO के लिए बैंकरों की नियुक्ति की है।
भारत के सबसे बड़े सॉफ्टवेयर सेवा निर्यातक, TCS के 2004 के IPO के बाद से TATA group की ओर से यह पहला IPO हो सकता है। रिपोर्ट्स के मुताबिक TATA Motors ने पब्लिक इश्यू के विकल्प तलाशने के लिए City group को नियुक्त किया है।
TATA Motors की TATA Technology में 31 मार्च 2022 तक 72.48% हिस्सेदारी है, जबकि अल्फा टीसी होल्डिंग्स और टाटा कैपिटल ग्रोथ फंड के पास क्रमशः 8.96% और 4.48% हिस्सेदारी है। इसके अन्य निवेशकों में टाटा मोटर्स फाइनेंस, टाटा एंटरप्राइजेज ओवरसीज, ज़ेड्रा कॉरपोरेट सर्विसेज और पैट्रिक रेमन मैकगोल्ड्रिक शामिल हैं।
31 मार्च 2022 को समाप्त वित्तीय वर्ष के लिए, कंपनी ने राजस्व में 48% की छलांग लगाकर ₹3,530 करोड़, जबकि मुनाफा 83% बढ़कर ₹437 करोड़ हो गया था।
TATA Motors की शाखा TATA Technology ने कथित तौर पर दुनिया भर में 9,300 लोगों को रोजगार दिया है, जो उत्तरी अमेरिका, यूरोप और एशिया प्रशांत क्षेत्र में ग्राहकों की सेवा कर रहे हैं।
TATA Technology कंपनी के 18 global delivery center और चार business segments हैं:
1- इंजीनियरिंग, अनुसंधान और विकास (ER &D) सेवाएं,
2- Digital Enterprise solution (DES),
3- Education offering,
4-value-added reselling and i Products offerings हैं।
बिजनेस स्टैंडर्ड की रिपोर्ट के अनुसार,TATA Technology चालू वित्त वर्ष 2022-23 में अपने शेयरों को सूचीबद्ध करने और नए ग्राहकों के लिए अपने कारोबार का विस्तार करने के लिए आय का उपयोग करने की योजना बना रही है।
TATA Technology Limited (TTL) वर्ष 1989 में स्थापित एक वैश्विक उत्पाद Engineering Digital Service प्रोवाइडर कंपनी है।
